Outer Sunset (“Outer Sunset,” “we,” “us”) is a San Francisco–based infrastructure company building the operational layer for Canton Network. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, where it is stored, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name
  • Your organization size and Canton role
  • Any message you choose to include

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-preserving check to confirm you are not an automated bot.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about Outer Sunset products and engagements you have asked about. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it is stored

Submissions are transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker and stored in our Google Workspace environment (Google Sheets), and a notification is emailed to our operations inbox. These are the systems we use to manage and respond to inbound inquiries.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own use. We rely on infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and Google) to operate this site and process submissions on our behalf; they handle the data only to provide those services to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to stop using it. This includes rights under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, email us at ops@outersunset.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.
